IYNA Hong Kong is collaborating with Mind HK to launch this mental health awareness and manage exam stress campaign from a neuroscientific perspective.
During the DSE exam season, everyone is giving it their absolute best in this final stretch. While pressure is natural, pushing yourself too hard or letting stress throw your life out of balance can backfire and hurt your productivity.
To stay mentally sharp during this critical period, try incorporating some of the simple tips shared by the International Youth Neuroscience Association (IYNA) HK and Mind HK. @iyna_hong_kong_official is a non-governmental organisation that seeks to introduce concepts of mental health and psychology through the lens of neuroscience to the Hong Kong public.
